Purpose
This credential is not about passing a test to demonstrate competency, it’s about showing bottom line business results. The Senior Project Executive program enables rapid advancement of top performers who can consistently deliver bottom line business results. Master the project management skills needed to move your career to the executive level of performance and pay. Please plan to commit five hours per week to complete each module for the duration of each specific course. Learning Objectives• Help your company meet imperatives through stewardship of your portfolio of projects. • Gain significant business performance improvements by standardizing project management practices throughout your organization. • Learn how to convince senior executives of the business-performance improvements realized through project management • Establish and implement a Project Management Office (PMO) for your organization. Program DetailsPre-Requisites – You must first successfully complete Cheetah's Exam Prep for the PMP® Classroom or Online Course and the Cheetah Project Management Master's Certificate Program. Credit - 130 PDUs, 13 CEUs upon completing the series of courses. Tuition - $8,300 USD (Withdrawal and Refund Policy) Start Date - You can begin the first course in series as soon as we receive full payment. Duration - 130 hours. You can complete this certificate program in less than three months, however we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to one year from the date you register to complete all the courses in series. If you need an extension to finishthis program, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the courses that remain.
